-the lessee(s) shall submit a credit check at their expense
with a letter of employment and (if
applicable)which shall be verified by the lessor, subject
to their entire satisfaction;shall the
lessor not be completely satisfied the promise to lease
shall be null and void.
-the lessee must provide proof of rental insurance
including civil liability in the amount of two
million dollars(2,000,000)for the term of the lease, prior
to signing the lease.
-the lessee must open an account with Hydro-Quebec prior to
signing the lease and show proof
thereof to the lessor.
-the dwelling shall not be used as an AirBNB or short term
rentals.
-the lessee does not have the right to keep a one or more
animals.
-there shall be no smoking of tobacco or cannabis inside
the dwelling or anywhere on the
property.
-there shall be no painting within the dwelling without the
lessor's approval; refinishing the
floors is prohibited.
