-The lessee(s) shall submit a credit check at their expense
with a letter of employment.
-The lessee(s) must provide proof of rental insurance
including civil liability in the amount of two million
dollars(2,000,000)for the term of the lease, prior to
signing the lease.
-The lessee(s) must open an account with Hydro-Quebec prior
to signing the lease and show proof
thereof to the lessor.
-The dwelling shall not be used as an AirBNB.
-No cats; Dogs to be discussed.
-There shall be no smoking of tobacco or cannabis inside
the dwelling or anywhere on the
property;Cannabis may not be grown inside or anywhere on
the property.
-There shall be no painting within the dwelling without the
lessor's approval; refinishing the
floors is prohibited
-all major repairs at the Lessor's responsibility;all minor
repairs at the Lessee's respinsibility.
Visits: Monday,Wednesday,Thursday and Sundays between
3:00PM to 7:00 PM by appointmant.
