Addenda
-The Lessee(s) shall submit a credit check, letter of
employment including pay stubs if available to be submitted
to the Lessor within 48 hours of acceptance of a promise to
lease. The acceptance shall be conditional upon the
Lessor's approval; shall the Lessor not be completely
satisfied, the promise to lease shall be rendered null and
void; Notification to be given by the Lessor to the
Lessee(s) no later than 48 hours following the receipt of
the credit check and letter of employment.
-First and last month's rent shall be remitted to the
Lessor upon signing the Lease
-The Lessee(s) must provide, prior to signing the lease,
proof of rental insurance including civil liability in the
amount of not less than two million dollars for the full
term of the lease.
-The Lessee(s) do not have the right to keep one or more
animals.
-There shall be no smoking of tobacco or cannabis or
growing of cannabis.
-The dwelling shall not be used as an AIRbnb; The lessee
does not have the right to rent out the unit.
-There shall be no painting within the dwelling without the
Lessor's written approval.
-The property must be returned to the Lessee at the
termination of the lease in the same condition
as the date of their occupancy.
