Leslie provided excellent service when selling my mother's home during the pandemic. He took care of many of the steps an owner usually undertakes since my mother had moved into a residence before she sold her home. This included extensive repairs and removal of an oil tank. He even watered the lawn when new sod was laid. His tradespeople were excellent and reasonably priced. He attended at the house to show it even during covid ( as house was empty). He worked very hard to get a second deal when the first fell through because of purchase financing problems. Good advice at all times.

Everything went through flawlessly
1-Les made sure I hired an Inspector to fix everything that was essential
before the buyers Inspector checked the house-nothing was found to cause me
to lower the price 2-Les knew underground oil tanks had been removed many
years ago...so Les organized the testing to make sure there was no
contamination-there was none(my peace of mind)
3- Les knew during the time the house was built asbestos was used, so we
tested and had removed what was left(more peace of mind)

In Conclusion
